Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing The AI Launchpad (the “Product”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

What You Get

The Product is a digital education program delivered via the Wealthery Connect membership portal. Upon successful payment you receive lifetime access to the lessons, frameworks, and bonus materials included in the tier you purchased. We may update, improve, or replace lessons over time at our discretion. Access is granted to the email you supply at checkout and is non-transferable.

License + Restrictions

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own learning and business. You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy, mirror, repost, or republish any portion of the Product or its materials in any medium without written permission. You may not train any AI model or dataset on our materials. You may not share your account login with anyone else.

Payment + Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe. Bumps, add-ons, and upsells are clearly priced on the checkout page; any add-on you opt into will be charged to the same card you used for the core purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

No Earnings Guarantee

The Product is education, not financial advice or a get-rich scheme. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skill, niche, and many factors outside our control. See our Earnings Disclaimer for full detail.

Intellectual Property

All Product content (text, video, audio, designs, frameworks, prompts, templates, downloads, and brand) is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Any output you create using the Product’s frameworks belongs to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Product to: (1) violate any law; (2) harass, defame, or harm any person or entity; (3) infringe any third-party intellectual property right; (4) distribute malware or disruptive code; (5) attempt to bypass payment, login, or licensing controls; (6) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach without refund.

Third-Party Services

The Product references and integrates with third-party platforms (including Claude, OpenAI, Stripe, Wealthery Connect, and others). Those services have their own terms and pricing, which you accept separately when you use them. We are not responsible for the availability, behavior, or pricing of third-party tools.

Disclaimers + Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
