Refund Policy

The AI Launchpad is covered by the “Build It or Get Your Money Back” Guarantee described on our sales page.

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate a good-faith attempt to implement the system. To request a refund, email support@elyxerwealth.com within 30 days of purchase with:

  1. Evidence you accessed all 6 pillars of the core course.
  2. Screenshots of the work product you built using the system, your extracted course framework, your sales page, and your launch post or equivalent.
  3. A brief written explanation of what you tried and why it didn’t work for you.

Final approval rests with our review team, who evaluate each submission against the criteria above in good faith. We may request additional information if a submission is unclear or incomplete. Requests are reviewed within 30 days of your complete submission. Refunds are issued within 30 days of approval.

This guarantee does not require you to run paid ads or hit a traffic threshold, those are not part of the core course.
