The “Build It or Get Your Money Back” Guarantee

Every tier of The AI Launchpad is covered by a 30-day, results-based guarantee. If you actually do the work outlined in the core course and you don’t feel the system gave you what you needed to launch a digital product, we’ll refund every dollar you paid.

This is a performance guarantee, not a no-questions refund. The point is to keep tire-kickers out and protect students who actually put in the effort. If the work was done in good faith and it didn’t deliver, you get your money back.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@elyxerwealth.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include:

  1. The email you used to purchase + your order confirmation number from Stripe.
  2. Evidence you accessed all 6 pillars of the core course (a screenshot of the Wealthery Connect lesson list with the completion checkmarks visible is fine).
  3. Screenshots of the work product you built using the system: the extracted course framework, your sales page, your launch post draft, or equivalent.
  4. A short written explanation of what you tried and why it didn’t work for you. The more specific you are, the faster we approve.

What This Guarantee Does + Does Not Cover

Covers:The Core $27 program, the $47 Add-On Bundle, the $97 Accelerator, and the $197 Scale tier. If you bought multiple tiers, they’re each refundable separately within their own 30-day window.

Does not cover:

  • Tools or subscriptions you bought from third parties (Claude/ChatGPT API credits, Stripe fees, Wealthery Connect subscription, domain names, hosting). Those are governed by their own refund policies.
  • Ad spend you incurred from running campaigns inspired by the program.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days before the request.
  • Requests where no good-faith implementation evidence is provided.

Review + Approval

Final approval rests with our review team, who evaluate each submission in good faith against the criteria above. We respond to every refund request within 14 days of receiving your complete submission. We may ask one round of clarifying questions if a submission is unclear, before deciding.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 30 days. Your access to the product is revoked at the same time the refund is issued.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of following the refund process above, we will dispute the chargeback with evidence of access and engagement. Filing a chargeback while still in possession of the product material is contract breach and may be reported to collections.
