This Privacy Policy explains what personal data The AI Launchpad (“we,” “us,” “Elyxer Wealth”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using our site or purchasing our products, you consent to the practices below.

What We Collect

Contact data — your name and email when you checkout, opt into our newsletter, or contact support.

Payment data — payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that under PCI-DSS. We receive a transaction ID, the last 4 digits of your card, the card brand, and the billing country.

Usage data — pages you visit, referrer, device, browser, and timestamps, collected via standard server logs, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.

Ad-attribution data — click IDs (gclid, fbclid, wbraid, gbraid) and UTM parameters that arrive in your URL when you click an ad or share link, so we can credit campaigns correctly. These are stored in a first-party cookie and survive across visits.

CRM data — once you purchase, we sync your name, email, purchase tags, and applicable lifecycle metadata into the Wealthery Connect (GoHighLevel) CRM platform so we can send transactional emails (welcome, receipt, access link).

How We Use It

  • To process your purchase + grant product access
  • To send transactional emails (receipt, access, refund)
  • To send marketing emails (only if you opt in; unsubscribe link in every email)
  • To improve the product (anonymous aggregated usage data)
  • To measure ad-campaign performance (conversion tracking)
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, fraud)

Who We Share With

We share the minimum data needed with these service providers:

  • Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Wealthery Connect (GoHighLevel) — CRM, membership delivery, transactional email.
  • Google — Analytics + Ads conversion measurement.
  • Meta — Pixel + Conversion API for ad-campaign measurement.
  • Vercel — site hosting + edge serving.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with third-party advertisers beyond the ad-network partners listed above for the purpose of measuring our own ads.

Cookies + Tracking

We use first-party cookies to store your shopping cart state and ad-attribution click IDs. We use third-party scripts (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Stripe) which set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so may break checkout.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU residents, CCPA for California residents, etc.) you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (subject to legal/tax retention obligations)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing for marketing purposes
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Data Retention

We retain your purchase + tax records for 7 years (legal requirement). We retain marketing data until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated after 90 days. CRM contact records are retained for as long as you remain a customer plus 24 months after.

International Transfers

Our servers and service providers are based primarily in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site you consent to that transfer.

Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
